The YXS-L automatic drawing-in system is ideally suited for drawing in filament yarns for weaving fabrics for awnings, leisure wear, linings and technical textiles.

The system consists of a mobile drawing-in machine and one or more stationary drawing-in stations for fully automatic drawing-in of the warp yarns onto the healds and reeds with up to 8/12/16 drawing-in rods. The final product after drawing-in consists of the warp beam and the fully drawn-in healds and reeds. With a suitable transport vehicle, this compact unit can be transported to the loom for loading or temporarily stored in a storage area.

The system not only offers a very high drawing-in capacity, but also allows for maximum flexibility in the system layout within the available space and can be adapted to the logistics of the weaving mill to the greatest extent possible.

The operator is supported by the best ergonomic design, graphic symbols and context-sensitive help messages during operation and programming.

The system is suitable for any weaving mill, has a minimal space requirement and can be optimally positioned in a variety of layouts.
